Alliance Consulting Engineers professional staff strives to meet our customers’ needs and provide excellent service by partnering with our clients for their success. Our first step is gathering client and project information via site visits, phone calls and/or office consultation. We evaluate the project to prepare a scope of services and formal proposal. After we receive written authorization for the project, our staff gets to work! Clients are billed on a monthly basis according to our standard Fee Schedule and the terms of the proposal. We strive to keep clients informed of the progress on their job and welcome client questions and/or input. If additional services are needed or costs exceed the proposal estimates, we send an extra work authorization request to the client for their written approval. At Alliance Consulting Engineers, we seek to complete projects on time and in a cost efficient manner.
