David E. Moore, PE

David Moore, PE has twenty-nine years of experience encompassing planning, engineering design, structural engineering, land development, surveying, general contracting, expert testimony, construction engineering and management. As the founder of Alliance Consulting Engineers, Mr. Moore oversees offices in Arvada and Longmont, Colorado. He is proficient in consulting engineering work on residential subdivisions, commercial sites, industrial sites, and structural engineering projects, as well as managing multiple projects and personnel. Mr. Moore’s activities include project management, construction management, cost estimating, procuring financing for projects, preparation of technical specifications, overseeing design work on construction drawings, and obtaining permits on a federal, state and local level.

Andrew J. Marner, PE

Andrew Marner, PE has had over ten years of experience in engineering design and construction management, including planning and design of residential, commercial, and industrial subdivisions, planning and design of water distribution systems; planning and design of wastewater systems; pump station design; construction management; water resources, drainage and flood plain planning, design and construction; opinions of probable costs and project feasibility and performance projections; processing State and Federal permits. He has also performed flood studies using HEC-2 and HEC-RAS, and drainage studies and planning utilizing urban storm water modeling, including use of the Colorado Urban Hydrograph method and flood routing using UDSWMM. Mr. Marner also has experience in both land and construction surveys. He has performed field operations for design and land surveys, including research, legal descriptions, and subdivision platting.

Mickey Leyba-Farnsworth

Mickey Leyba-Farnsworth has over ten years of experience in planning, engineering, project management, construction management, feasibility studies, and project review services. She is experienced in preparation of budgets, contract documents and scheduling, as well as the engineering for large land development projects. Besides possessing a vast knowledge of engineering, she is experienced in business development, project controls, team leadership, and organizational development. Mrs. Leyba-Farnsworth oversees operations of ACES in Longmont and her staff brings teamwork and sound communication to land planning, engineering, surveying, and project management functions to ensure project performance, cost, and schedules are maintained. She possesses excellent business and communication skills that compliment her engineering background to ensure project performance and client satisfaction.
